Your pain may be associated with an old sporting injury, an illness  that resulted in surgery, aching knees, hips, neck or back, inflammation, or trauma. I meet many men and women who have hurt themselves or been sick as a child, teen, or adult who now juggle many responsibilities—work, family, the household, and their health. It’s no wonder they wake up sore or have back, neck and shoulder pain, aching joints or stiff knees and legs throughout their busy day.


How do I know this?


I used to to be someone who struggled with chronic pain daily. My association with pain began at the age of two years, when I had an accident that changed my life. Then in my teens I experienced several spinal traumas that resulted in me sleeping on the floor to ease the pain. For years I struggled with back, neck, and hip pain, tingling arms, and numb fore-fingers and thumbs. Then I discovered how to drown out the voice of pain and listen to my body, so that I could push through the pain and help my body get better.


This discovery led to me helping you. See, once I helped myself, I realised that I could enable others to drown out the voice of their pain, so they too could hear, and listen to their body. Today I help people just like you to develop important habits that I learned the hard way.
